The intent of BoneID is to provide visual information of osteological remains in a way so individuals can confidently and accurately make their own identifications. This is to encourage the use of the BoneID database which has been organized specifically for those interested in furthering their understanding of osteology.

We enjoy seeing the identifications that have been made, so please consider posting to our Facebook page, which has been created to foster a community of bone enthusiasts.
